BORICUA POET/RAPPER

Born and raised in Brooklyn NYC, Boricuation.com Artist Gus 'G Positive' Ramos has been writing and rapping like most young Boricuas around his hood. Many factors played an intricate role in Gus' transformation into a man. After running the streets for years and losing family and friends to the crime infested neighborhood, Mr Ramos started writing and rapping more. People began to notice he was not like other lyricists. He had a positive and enlightening style, something that is lacking in Mainstream Hip-Hop music today.

Now Mr Ramos is spreading his special style of poetry and music and is shocasing his talents at The Capicue Poetry Series in Brooklyn NYC every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. Future plans are in the works for an album on his spoken word and raps. He also will be heading up a special project for Boricuation.com in the next coming months. G Positive will also be appearing at many open mic events through out the five boroughs on NYC spreading his positivity.
